2 Similar Orders but two different payments

When I got the tickets, I didn't expect to have two orders which I only want to order one. Few weeks ago, I ordered the first one along with confirmation email but there was no money taken out of my bank account. So I ordered the second one, same thing happened with the first one. Last week, Dad paid the second order for me and the money has taken from his bank account. After I had the tickets, I checked my bank account, my money has been taken on Monday. I am only going to the LFCC, not with Dad. What should I do with this situation? and you said the tickets are non-refundable.

Can I swap the Peter Dinklage photoshoot session and talk tickets that I ordered the first time, for other talks and photo sessions?
