Great idea, can't wait. A suprise is a suprise!!!

Am a bit concerned about the cost of parking all day and then in the evening too! Even people with disabled badges have to pay!

Will we be able to take food and drink in?

I am thinking of booking parking for the saturday in advance which is £25 for the day in the red car park as I have someone with a disability with me.

Will they extend the car parking times to cover this?

Should I contact EC directly?

I would suggest you contact them directly yes. That's not something Showmasters would have control over.

DB is right I'm afraid we have no control over the site as a whole, we only have "access" to EC2. Everything else including the parking etc is down to the venue.

Such a tease! I doubt I'll be able to stay as late as that :( so don't tell me who the guest was :P

Question I would expect audio / video recordings to be banned for obvious reasons, but will it be possible to have some time to take photos of the guests etc...

We usually do, I don't see why this would be different.

I know you said no food or drink but surely we can have a bottle of water? It's a long enough thing to go through without even some water

Having a water bottle in your bag will be fine.

What are the chances of being able to buy a ticket first thing on Saturday morning? I can't attend Friday due to work commitments and I'm worried this will sell out...

No one knows sorry. There will be 700 tickets. How many go on Friday will always be a guess I'm afraid.

If possible, let us know if they sell out already on Friday. I'll land in London Gatwick Saturday at 8am and I'd rather not rush if the tickets are already gone. Thanx :)

On my mobile and it's playing up so apologises if this has been asked already:

How will seating for this work? Will it be numbered by ticket or first come first served?

I'll be finished on Saturday at 4:30/5pm so want to know if indeed it is first come first served so can plan queing etc!

As it is a paid event it will be called in ticket number. Most likely in batches - e.g. tickets 1-30 first, 30-60, 60-100 and so on.

You will have chance to recover from the stresses and rushing around done on the day - and maybe even a chance to go for something to eat :)

When I come in the advanced booking queue on Friday, do I buy the screening tickets from there?

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE

An Age Restriction applies to the screening.

No-one under the age of 18 is allowed admittance to the screening

This is because the episode (and the series as a whole) has an 18 certificate on it (as per the DVD release).

No, inside the venue. At the sales desk.

And after the screening he came out, posed for pics and hugged everyone.

Such a great guy. Was a nice experience to have had someone beside me who wasn't 6'5'' :whistling::dance:
