JasonVoorhees Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 Thought I would let everyone know that Showmasters will be allowing us to download our pics with the stars over the next few weeks...very much looking forward to seeing them....I myself took just under 1000 photos... and about 6 videos... got 47 items signed by Ken Kirzinger.... 7 signed by Malcolm McDowell... 4 signed by Julian Sands... 5 Signed by Lou Ferrigno....3 signed by Dave Legeno...2 signed by Arianna...and only the 1 by Gillian..... 2 Photo shoots with Ken Kirzinger and 1 with Lou Ferrigno....and 1 with Malcolm McDowell.... had a great weekend and the good lady enjoyed herself too wich was great.... The only disappointment was the fact that some guests wouldn't allow you to take a pic of them signing the item...which was very off putting.... lets just say that I had 10 items for Lou and 8 for Gillian....and those got cut down to 5 and 1...due to not being able to take a pic.... I managed to take 2 of my items into the photo shoot with Mr ferrigno which I was very happy about.. Malcolm Mcdowell was amazing.... dave Legeno was amazing... Ken kirzinger was amazing too...I asked Ken if he would be going to Glasgow in August...and he said he would love to go there if he was asked!!...but he hadn't been asked yet...and obviously he doesn't know whats planned for future events... would love to see Ken again at CMG2013.... loved Julian Sands...he is class...very chatty..like the others he was amazing.....would defo go and see him again...a True Gent.... He tickled me too, that's why I have that laughter expression on my face, just where my underarm was as the picture was about to be taken, then he moved his hand as though he hadn't done it and laughed, he was a great person to meet, an absolute gentleman! I like mine luckily. Unfortunately most of the photos various people were kind enough to take of me with the guests are out of focus. I appreciate them trying and they look ok on the camera screen but it's not the end of the world. Just not letting my camera enough time to focus. Would cost me hundreds of pounds to get all of mine but might get some particularly special ones one day. I find scanning the original acceptable for my purposes. The speedy delivery of photos at the photoshoots was amazing compared to the last 3 years and this is the first event I had experienced this. It is wonderful to walk away from a celebrity and be handed your photo. Thanks to the crew who helped advise when there were clashes in timings - I managed to get to all that I wanted and get the photos I was hoping to get during the weekend. My son and I attended all 3 days and my only suggestion for the future would be to consider having a reasonably big name to attend for the first time on the Monday in future as it seemed a little flat for us but only because the big names who remained had been there all weekend.
