eccheetham Posted November 12, 2012 Share Posted November 12, 2012 (edited) i think when booking my tickets i might have accidently clicked on the free p&p. just realised. was this correct to do or not and if not what can i do about it? i have a print off of my ticket if the consiquence is the non sending of my confomation letter. can someone please help. p.s. i can always hand over the postal money to whoever it is its supose to go to when i arrove at chevron 8.0 when i book in. The orders are processed manually - this issue should be able to be sorted out at the time of processing. If the money has not been taken from your account yet if you send an email to info@collectormania.com with your name, order number, event name and outline what happened then it can be rectified no problem.
