LoveFjords
Hi, So I've been to two previous ETs and both have been amazing. The guests have been incredible and the experience has been just amazing. However, this time, as I usually go with my mum, her friend and her step-daughter, two of us cannot go. One due to University and the other because she was in hospital up until yesterday. So I was wondering if there was any way of collecting their passes and having their things signed for them as they're not going? We have all bought standard tickets and don't really want them going to waste, is there anything that can be done? Thanks in advance, ~Hatter
Moderators etmuse Posted October 11, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 11, 2012 It has been done in the past. I would advise sending an email to info@showmastersonline.com with all of your ticket numbers letting them know of the situation. You will also need to bring the registration letters of those who cannot attend and if at all possible a note signed by them stating they wish you to collect their autographs for them. Queen_Sindel
Yes, do as etmuse says please. You will definitely be able to pick up the autographs that way, I've done so myself.
Yvie
This type of query should be sent to the info@collectormania.com address. Anything shop/ticket/query related gets forwarded to me at that address, so it'll save some time.
LoveFjords
Great, thank you so much for the quick, and useful, replies! Almost all sorted out, thank you so much! See you all there! ~Hatter
