Showmasters Admin showmasters Posted August 21, 2012 Showmasters Admin Share Posted August 21, 2012 Guest cancellation Laura Vandervoort anyone that has bought a photo op ticket for this guest can get a full refund buy returning the ticket to us or by bringing it along to the next showmasters or massive event. this is the third time Laura Vandervoort has cancelled one of our events and the second time she has informed the public on twitter without letting us know before hand so we do not plan to book her again, as we just do not get any info from her to be able to let you, the fans, know she cannot attend . we normally automatically refund all cancelled guests without having to send this in , but this time as Laura has cancelled twice before, and we have refunded the people that cannot attend her next planned attendance, it is not possible for us to go back through the records, as in some cases, they are now no longer with us, and are with our accountants, so we have to ask that anyone that wants a refund send the ticket back to us or as we have said to refund them at the next event you attend. i will say this on the subject 1 we have not had to refund this much before, if ever, and its a rare occurrence 2 this taking so long is not down to us and we have tried to get you the info you have asked for as quickly as we can 3 there seems to be some people that have felt very upset about this matter , all i can say is we to are not happy about this cancellation, we have tried at every stage to move this forward for everyone and we do our best for you the fans , these things do happen at the end of the day, but rarely does it get dragged out this long , it's not in anyone's interest to leave these things unresolved so please understand this, we having nothing to gain from leaving this, and everything to gain by letting you know what we know, as soon as we hear something.
