Gold Passes

I've just purchased a Gold Pass and was just wondering if the photo still needs to be e mailed to Showmasters? At LFACC we e mailed the photos but then it turned out to be gold wristbands rather than Gold Photo passes and wondered what the plan was for EMS?

 

Will it be wristbands again if so we wont need photos sent in?

It does state in the online shop that you should send a photo so I would be guided by that.

It does still say it if you click on the full information part. Unless I get a definitive answer from Showmasters I'll contact them directly.

Yes, please e-mail or give the office a ring if you can if you want definitive confirmation. I'd agree with dwarfbabe, but the office can tell you for sure. Bitten is starting on Friday though, so if you decide to ring you best do it tomorrow.

If you emailed a photo of yourself, don't expect an acknowledgement email. Just turn up on the day with your confirmation email and your pack and pass will be ready.

An enquiry e mail attempting to clarify a few things. And normally you get an e mail acknowledgement about the photos, at least I have before. At LFACC neither the passes or packs were ready on the Saturday morning lol.
