Squirtchy
So this will be my first proper con, i've been to LFCC a few times but this is my first specific weekender! Unfortunately my police training has been pushed back to over the weeks which this event is being held, i do not train weekends which is a relief but i do have to train friday, lets say i finish at 4pm, if it took me 2 and a half hours to get to the hotel, would i miss much on the friday? Would I have enough time do you think to check in, get ready and be downstairs where the action is? I'm going gold so would i be risking my drinks with the guests ect? Moderators etmuse Posted August 6, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2012 The gold reception on the Friday usually begins at 7.30pm, immediately after the Opening Ceremony at 7. These and the Friday night party are the only events on the Friday. If you arrive and are ready any time before the end of the drinks reception (8.30) I believe you would be allowed to go in late and make the most of the time remaining. Squirtchy
Ahhh thank you :) It will be a push but i should be okay! Any idea on how much extra autos will cost yet? rough ideas will be okay
Moderators etmuse Posted August 7, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 7, 2012 Extra autos for most guests at massive events conventions are around £15 - some may go down to £10 or up to £20. It's rare for them to cost more than £20.
