can any of the organizers answer this quick question please

 

i have a gold ticket for this weekend but im not attending the convention till the sunday due to work commitments

 

i will be at the convention for sunday at 9am dead more or less but because ive never been to the lfcc before where do i have to go at 9am to get my ticket ? is there a special queue for prebooked or gold tickets and if so where abouts is it so i can go straight there without getting lost or wandering round or getting in the wrong queue

Go to the gold pass holders queue (take a print out of your letter), then go to the organisers booth to pick up your pack. They will also explain for you any queries you might have, but lots are answered in the Frequently Asked Question thread

You should see it sign posted outside the venue if you are there before opening. If you're there after opening head straight to the organisers booth.
