rsjones1
Well, I thought I would start another topic on the digital cameras people used for the event. I used an Olympus E-410 camera which is about 4 years old now but at 10mp its not too bad.

Rockstar6662
Nikon D60 with a 50mm f1.8 lens for these events so I don't have to use flash. Had the ISO set to 800 and aperture around f2-f2.8 this weekend and got some really nice photos. If I go to a talk I'll swap to a 70-200mm f4-f5.6 lens but may have to up the ISO to 1600 depending on the lighting. Never use flash unless it's the only option. It's not really about megapixels though unless you want to blow the pic up to A3 or bigger, or just crop a lot. The quality of the lens and sensor is more important IMO.
enrohm1963
Samsung ES74 which is 14.2 megapixels. Great for really sharp shots for printing out or posting online.
Elspeth
I was test driving my new camera this year, Canon EOS 60d with 18-85mm lens, 18MP. I'm really happy with the results, never had to use flash once, which was one of best things about it.
