katnissmellark
I booked a Karen Gillan photoshoot the day it was on sale and still haven't received my ticket... Am I the only one still waiting for a ticket or not? I'm getting really worried...
Moderators etmuse Posted May 27, 2012 Moderators Share Posted May 27, 2012 If you still haven't received it by the event, if you take your email confirmation to the show they should be able to sort you out there.
katnissmellark
Yes that's what I'm going to do but hopefully it won't take forever to get sorted out as I don't want to miss out on autographs and such because of that...
adriangill
Don't worry. If requried, it won't take long to sort out at the event.
katnissmellark
Ok thank you. Oh and will I have to print out the confirmation email or is it okay if I just show it at the desk directly from my phone?
dragonsanddaffodils
it is easier if it is printed off, what if for some reason you couldnt get reception to show it, not only that you can hand in the printed confirmation to the booth so that they have a record that they have issued it
katnissmellark
Thank you for answering. I'll print it then!

Kayla1991
I'm still waiting on mine too, so like mentioned above I have printed out my confirmation email just incase.
Showmasters Admin showmasters Posted May 28, 2012 Showmasters Admin Share Posted May 28, 2012 please e-mail Hazel at info@collectormania.com if your tickets haven't arrived, as she will need to check with Royal Mail to find out if/why they haven't been delivered. She will be able to e-mail you a confirmation letter if they are just lost in the mail somewhere.
katnissmellark
I've already emailed and she told me that it is still being processed. Hopefully it'll come up before the event. If not, she told me to show the mail at the event and that they will give me a ticket there.
starjadzia
I still haven't received my last photoshoots but since I ordered them within an hour of closing I'm holding on another day or two before panicking. But then again, like you say above, no reason to panic.....I'll just print off the email. x
paul
Well, I have just been told that if I havnt received my tickets then tough luck! I'm paraphrasing, of course. I know mine have tried to be delivered once but nobody was in. I'm not sure that anybody will be in for the next few days and I am unable to collect them from a depot. I wanted to know if there was another way I could prove that I had purchased tickets and was told 'sorry'. Â Edited May 29, 2012 by paul
Queen_Sindel
Who did tell you this? They must have misunderstood something. Showmasters posted just three posts over yours and they have the final say in this matter.
paul
Sorry, I'm not trying to cause trouble. I edited my original post to be more specific. I just would've thought there was a precedent for tickets that had not been received for one reason or another. Afterall, these tickets aren't cheap. paul
It was someone called 'Gemma'. Again, not having a go at her. Hopefully the postman will just drop them in the letterbox without a signature anyway! ( It wouldn't be the first time!!) I feel really anxious now. Like I've been naughty! I'm REALLY not a trouble maker! :-/
Queen_Sindel
Bring your order confirmation and proceed as suggested above. But no promises this will work. We usually have tickets lost in the mail or tickets that arrive too late because it's overseas delivery and the procedure above is for those. The majority of postmen seems to be happy to ignore the signature part. Figures you had to get one of the few ones that go by the rule book. katnissmellark
What do you mean by 'no promises this will work' Queen_Sindel? I already paid for the ticket so even if not delivered in time I expect to get what I paid for once at the event.

Yours is under the "sent too late/lost in transit" rule as outlined above.
katnissmellark
Oh ok. Thank you for the clarification. I was a bit worried for a minute!
Queen_Sindel
No problem. We all rather will answer an additional question and make sure everything has been clarified.
katnissmellark
I have another question, if my ticket isn't there in time, will I get a refund on the postage fee?
Queen_Sindel
Sorry, that would be a question for the Organisers Booth if that really happens.
