She looks like a twelve year old girl, but has apparently done so for at least a century. She is a psychic who accurately reads Tarot Cards in a private but slightly seedy club. Jack went to her for information about the Ressurection Gauntlet in order to revive Owen. In a flashback to his life in Victorian Cardiff, it was she who told him he would have to wait a century to meet The Doctor again.
