Hi there,

 

If you are wanting to book a hotel room for Hallowhedon under the special convention code then please make sure you do this by 14th October as after that date all rooms held for us will be released to the general public and you may not then be able to obtain the special rate, or indeed, a room at all if the hotel sells out!

 

So, please, if you are wanting to book a hotel room and have not already then please give the hotel a call and quote the booking code on the website to obtain our convention rate.

Hi just wanted to add this is particularly important if you want to stay at the Hotel on the Sunday night as when i was going round the houses trying to book my room yesterday they kept telling me ALL rooms have sold out at the hotel for this night. Luckily for me there were still some con rooms left when I finally got it sorted.
