GoldenGreen Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 I've just been trawling through IMDB and many of the stars of the film would appeal to fans of other SCI Fi shows and other Cult movies as well, for example: Hal Landon Jr - who played Ted's Dad keen to send him off to military school has also had small roles in Quantum Leap and Star Trek DS9 as well as small roles in recent shows such as Mad Men and CSI. Al Leong who played Genghis Khan - has done stunt work in loads of good stuff from 24, Die Hard and Lethal Weapon. Rod Loomis who played Sigmund Freud has featured in Quantum Leap, 7th Heaven and Stargate SG1. Amy Stock-Poynton - who played Bill's very young mum "Missy " ! Was a recurring character on Dallas and featured in two Gunsmoke TV movies. Fingers crossed for some more Most Excellent guest announcements.
