Another example of how it's difficult to judge tone and intent from the written word alone. It just seemed like a reasonable description which ticked all the boxes... In that case, I apologise unreservedly. Yes it is dificult to guage a person tone of voice from merely written information. My bad. Incidentally, my initial "Thanks" was sincere.
