Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to clear into your bank account. If you have checked your bank after this time and the refund has not gone through please contact Hazel at info@collectormania.com. Please supply her with your order number so that we can trace yoru paperwork. Any transferred guests will not have been refunded. These tickets are now valid at LFCC.
