By the third number (and fifth person) I finally spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about! First few people said there were no rooms left for Sunday but when I actually got to the right person she said there was. I went through exactly the same today! If you are booking your room I'd recommend calling 0207 451 0196 and asking for Kasia. She was really helpful and knew how to process the con bookings.
