Friday meet-up

OK, here's the plan.

 

Those of us who are there meet in the hotel lobby at about 3.45 p.m. and then head over to Wetherspoons (the Atrium one at the NEC). I'll hold up a sign or something so that everyone knows where to meet.

 

Those who won't be there quite that early can mosey on over to the pub when they arrive. I'll do some notices or something to go on the tables to make it easy(ish) to find us.

 

Remember that anyone wanting food needs to be there before 5.00p.m. and that the pub closes an hour later.

 

I'll update FB later for those who don't come on here very often.

how early are some people getting there because of the tains i will be there between 1.30 and 2.30.

I'm aiming to be there no later than 3.00, hopefully a bit earlier but it will depend on traffic.

My train doesn't get in until about 10 to 3, so I'll try and make that time, but it will all depend on check-in queues!

I've said I'll be there just depends on sorting stuff out at hotel as I'm a little more out the way. This is my first Stargate one and going on my own.
