Transport from the train station

Hello, this will be my first time in Northampton, at Birmingham the hotel was a 5 minute walk away so I was wondering does Park Inn supply any transport to and from the hotel since it's quite a while away.

 

I'm asking because I can't use a phone to ring a taxi company because I'm deaf.

 

Any ideas?

there is also a taxi rank right outside the train station that you can use. there is always a few taxis there
