recently read the following:

In a recent interview, Studio Ghibli mastermind Hayao Miyazaki revealed that he is currently working on two new feature films. One of these could be 'Porco Rosso: The Last Sortie', a sequel to Miyazaki's 1992 movie about a 1920's bush pilot who just so happened to look like a humanoid pig.

Although it is still currently only in the planning stages, if the film does get made you can expect it to be set during the Spanish Civil War. It's also highly likely that Miyazaki himself will only oversee the project, and directing duties will handed over to Ghibli's younger, up and coming talent.

I enjoyed the first Porco Rosso and a sequel for this studio ghibli is possible as it is most open ended ghilbi movie that could merit a sequel

also interested in finding out what the 2nd of the new features that Miyazaki is working on is
