Validation Emails not coming through.

I accidently signed up under my full name, instead of Shifter (which is the name that I want). I have ended up creating about four different accounts, because for some reason the validation emails just aren't arriving at my email account. I've checked spam, deleted etc, and tried with different emails - but nothing!

 

Is someone able to remove the other accounts and change my name to Shifter please?

Hi there,

 

The best thing to do is email info@showmastersonline.com - they've dealt with name changes in the past, so they should be able to do that for you :WINCE:

 

As for the other accounts, you can mention them but we generally don't delete accounts as far as I'm aware, so I wouldn't worry too much about them.

Thanks for the quick response! Its been driving me nuts over the past few days trying to validate just one of the accounts - I'll email and see whether or not they can sort it out for me.
