Cool.

Robert Watts is a really nice guy, back at REMOVED in the fan lounge he kept us all entertained as he recounted the various Directors he worked with, Kubrick, Spielberg, Lucas.

Great to see a Producer down for LFCC

EDITED: Sorry, it is against forum rules to name other events.

He wasnt down on the list to sign, but in the fanclub lounge - he said how he directed third unit, like close ups of R2D2 and other snippets - before he appeared on stage with Warwick

He posed for photos and autographs.

Then one of the assistants came up to him and said "Simon Pegg is here and would like to meet you etc etc."

How can this happen on the one event when I can't make it?? :WINCE::thumbup:

i think that everyone knows now we go out of our way to make this the BIG event of the year so blocking out this date each year would be a good thing

every year we try to take this event to the next level i hope you feel the same way we do that this year we have

see you all there

and thanks for the support on this and all our event

I did - and my wife went and booked flights for the same weekend. This has caused a lot of arguments believe me! I'm hoping Tenth Planet look after me by getting him to sign my posters at least!

Thanks. That's all I needed to know, if I didn't know if I'd got him or not I might not have got him this month - wouldn't want him in the book twice! But that's handy coz I want someone on the AT-ST page...

Just wish I'd got Rick...

He should do a talk, speak about behind-the-scenes stuff he's seen and done :) I'd love to listen to someone like that talk about the movies he's worked on, the stars he's met and the activity that goes nuts behind the scenes as big movies come together!

Back in 2007 (at a non showmasters event which is why I feel my last post was edited) where a number of Star Wars stars were in attendance he kept a number of us enthralled with a number of stories of working with the great and the good.

And he spoke of the now infamous scene in Raiders and Harrison just shooting the swordman and how that all came about, believe me when he gets talking, everyone else just listens in awe.

Yeah, I read how you mentioned that - but it seems like that was just an unofficial thing that just happened to the lucky fans who happened to sit nearby - I'm talking about a scheduled talk so that people can actually work it into their (crammed) time schedule :)

I do believe, however, that it's just AWESOME to listen to someone like him talk, hear all of the stories he has to share - which is, again, why I'm willing to beg SM for a scheduled talk with him :D

Damn ! I have this very poster signed by five. Looks like number six is on the way - and I like that he is namechecked on the poster credits.

You will get atleast one more the in near future if you are coming to collectormania london.

that is if you dont have him.
