I didn't take many but here are a few...well actually the majority of them!

Aloysius 'Nosey' Parker & Captain Scarlet. Which confirms what I always suspected - the strings were rendered digitally in post-production :D

I didnt manage to get a single photo this event :(
Didn't you take your camera?

Yeah, not my DSLR though, only my small compact.

Didnt get any posed photos though, and felt it would have been awkward to walk up to other guests and just ask to take a photo, but not buy an autograph from them, as that camera needs to be pretty close range to be any good.

Small compact ?:headscratch:
It make sense. Point & shoot cameras are also referred to as compact cameras, and they do come in different sizes. So you can have a small/medium/large compact camera. I can see what you are saying though as compact by it's own definition is small. It's all realtive though.

I have a small compact, two medium compacts, and a large compact. Although technically the latter three can also be classed as bridge cameras. Oh also a consumer DSLR and a prosumer DSLR. Now look what you have done, way too much terminology

I nearly went the same route but I guessed that Leslie would be 'no photos' and as I couldn't guarantee where I would be seated for his talk I went with the DSLR. Edited by 1of2

Lets keep it at Milf shall we, Gilf just seems a bit too weird!

It's one of those borderlines. After all, once a woman reaches 55 she's definitely out of 'MILF' territory, so that can only leave 'GILF'. 55 is a quite reasonable age for a woman to be a G, but still reasonably hot with it.

But I agree talking about 'GILFs' carries connotations of women who are, shall we say, a little older than 55, sporting blue rinses. And as the esteemed Count would say, there we should probably 'leave it'.

Maybe we need a new vocabulary. What word can we use to describe a woman who, at 55, is out of 'MILF' territory, but for whom the word 'Granny' seems wrong on so many levels?

Kiwi you alway manage to get such great pics. I've seen you around at events - is it your dad whos with you taking the pics?

Thank you! Glad you like them.

And, yes, it is my Dad who takes the pictures. I don't know what I'd do without him!

always good to see your photos kiwi.

Thank you!
