Showmasters Admin showmasters Posted April 20, 2010 Showmasters Admin Share Posted April 20, 2010 ok as the films release is planned to be around the 2 weeks of Muggle Mayhem 2, we are having some issues with booking guests at that time. As some of the cast are going to help with the launch of the film around the world, we have been asked to change the date of the con again We have been able to do this and the new date is going to be SEPTEMBER 10th-12th 2010 at the PARK INN BEDFORD Anyone not able to make the new date will be able to get a full refund on their ticket, and anyone that has booked their room at the Park Inn will also get a full refund on their room booking as well. This will all take a few days to work out, so please be cool and let us get all this together with the hotels and inform everyone of what is going to happen before you all ring the hotel to cancel as they know nothing at this point. Give us 7 days to work it all out with everyone first please as we are telling you all first. The new hotel codes for Bedford will be coming our way soon and as soon as we have them we will let you all know The guests we are working on have been informed of the new date today and they are very happy with it. We should have the first of the confirmed guest up on the site to attend Muggle Mayhem 2 soon. We are very sorry to have to change the date once more but we want to bring you the best event we can and this is the best way to do this for you all. I hope you can see this More info will go up in the next few days, including the new web site. Tickets will also go on sale too! We really had a lot of fun at the last event and we know Muggle Mayhem 2 will be even better, so we really hope to see you all there. I'm sure he'd understand if I chose MM2 but I hate having to do that to him. I think, as compensation, you should get Frank back so Team Special Frank can meet him in our new hoodies we'll have.
