However, it's right in the middle of my school term, and I have exams and things, so I might not be able to go. Assuming the ticket is for you / not for another person it hopefully shouldn't be too much hassle anyway ...? BLz1Z Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 Northampton's a pretty good location I think, you can jump straight off the M1, or the hotel is less than 5 mins walk from the train station. The good thing is we get folk from all over the country. There aren't too many specialised cons for just one show out there, so the more accessible it is to people from all corners of the country the better. Aliens... in Northampton?? The crew were wonderful, very helpfull & very friendly (Hi Aragorns-Princess, loved chatting with you) And as for the guests...WOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO Bloody Amazing. I loved meeting Eve and Kai, they were on top form and as for Naoko, what a wonderful person, Tom was hilarious. Cush, Susan and the two Ian's and Colin were also amazing to meet.....mind you the auction cost me a few quid, but what the heck ) This was my second Hub and by far the best. I can't remeber the last time I laughed so much. I got to meet up with friends as well as getting to make new ones. My niece, bless her loved it as it was the first time she had ever been to an event like this and she wants to go again. I was very tempted to buy my Hub 5 ticket on the sunday but with car MOT & service due I had to hold off. I am definatly gonna get my ticket as soon as I can & i'm hoping my best mate will come too as she has mentioned that she would like to go. What I will say Jase, about booking, is think big! Get someone lie (or exactly) James Masters & the bookings will flow in! More bookings mean more money. SAee you then! (Christ I'm drunk!) (I've bought my tickets for all 3, but still have hotel/food/extras/NEXT ticket money to find) I did come back from Hub 4 with £100 of my saved money for that left though, so that's a start.
