I thought Matt and Karen were both amazing and I really loved the episode too, it's got me all excited for the rest of the series now and I can't wait for Bad Wolf either lol. I think next weekend at The Hub 4, I might have to sneak into my hotel room to watch the second episode lol, so long as I don't miss anything at the convention itself.

A terrific start to the latest era of "Doctor Who".

 

I have every faith in the new team and this was a cracking start.

He's firmly wedged himself in just behind my favourite, Tom Baker. He may even draw up alongside him if he stays this good!

I think Matt and Karen are both terrific! I'm not going to be drawn into the 'do you like him better than David Tennant?' debate because both are great in their own (different) ways and at the moment (and possibly always) it's impossible to choose one above the other.

 

Eleven seems to be quicker to anger and has a tendency to violence that wasn't quite so marked in Ten. And I love the fact that he called a Dalek 'Sweetheart' in tonight's episode!

 

Right, off to watch the Prisoner now....
