Thanks Gillian, I really hope they go for it. She said it may take longer as their obviously students and being paid by the NHS so it may take longer then if I went private. But honestly I'm too the point where I don't care how long it takes I just want some teeth!!

Anyway on a lighter note I was telling her about wanting implants but how it would take me forever to raise the money. She then mentioned the dental hospital in Manchester and how I could get them on the NHS there. Anyway she has said to me due to the fact I'm an "extreme" case she is going to see about referring me asap. Seriously this is like a dream come true for me. I've had bad teeth my entire life and now I'm one step closer to getting what I need to try and lead a normal life.

Since I was about 10 I have always said that the first thing I would do when I had money is get veneers and maybe a boob job if it didn't entail fake boobs =/ haha
