descartes
I'd prefer not to have Grace Jones there, as a fully grwon man I am still willing to admit that she scares the living daylights (no pun intended) out of me! Totally agree. I would feel intimidated before I even got to her table.
Count Fooku
Table? I'd be scared to be in the same room as her. When I was a young Countling I used to hide behind the sofa when she was on TV!
defluocor
I will take up the rallying cry for more WW2 guests! How about Billy Gray, Tich Rayner, Stan Watson and Alf Whitbread - heroes who took part in the capture of Pegasus bridge on D-Day. If the organisers are interested they can get in touch with them through Danny Greeno at Project 65 or you can try the Aces High gallery that often does veteran signings. I won't provide links so not to look as though I am advertising them. I can't be the only ones who would love to meet them!

descartes
Since Gerry Griffin was a technical advisor for the film 'Contact', may I suggest Jodie Foster since there is an association.I don't know if she does shows like this. Perhaps she is too big a Hollywood name, but it would be an interesting reunion.

SunSpeed
Kelly McGillis. I know it's a few weeks before the event, but I saw in my local newspaper yesterday an ad for a new play at a local theatre, starring Kelly McGillis. That is why I've suggested her for the next Autographica, as she will be in the Midlands not long before Autographica takes place. Also, Simon & Simon: Jameson Parker Gerard McRaney Tim Reid. keithporter23
Hi My son would like to see Dirk Benedict and Dwight Schultz please at this event, Wouldn't we all.. What will Dirk be doing in England in May out of curiosity? Dirk is doing a theatre tour in a 'Columbo' play. It sounds great, and i'm definitely going to go see it. I hope its ok to post links for the details, as I know Dirk has a good relationship with SM. http://www.middlegroundtheatre.co.uk/Columbodates.htm http://www.columbo-prescription-murder.com/tour.htm Edited January 27, 2010 by keithporter23
Hannerzzz09
I would love to see Sy Liebergot over at this show as he's a real hero of mine! With Gerry Griffin already confirmed, maybe he would consider it to continue an Apollo 13 trend? It would be a perfect way for us to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the mission this side of the Atlantic..(Jim Lovell & Fred Haise wouldn't be bad guests either) Come on SM,show us what you're made of! Hannerzzz09
On the actors front,I think this would be THE perfect time to have George Kennedy back (what a Naked Gun reunion that would be!) I missed him last time & I think with him & Leslie Nielsen attending..well lets just say that would be quite an astounding lineup. Missed Ernest Borgnine as well & have always wanted to meet him. On the astronaut front I'd go for Harrison Schmitt as my no.1 choice (Buzz,Alan Bean,Dick Gordon,Jim Lovell&Fred Haise wouldn't be bad either)

SunSpeed
Very, very unlikely Jamie Lee Curtis will attend (would be great if she did), so I won't add her to the Prom Night (1980) guest suggestions list below. Also, the original Prom Night celebrates it's 30th anniversary this year. Prom Night (1980): Anne-Marie Martin Antoinette Bower Michael Tough Robert A. Silverman Pita Oliver David Mucci Jeff Wincott Mary Beth Rubens George Touliatos David Gardner Joy Thompson Sheldon Rybowski Rob Garrison David Bolt Sonia Zimmer Sylvia Martin Liz Stalker-Mason Pam Henry Ardon Bess Lee Wildgen Brock Simpson Leslie Scott Tammy Bourne Dean Bosacki Debbie Greenfield Karen Forbes Joyce Kite and Michele Scarabelli. Twin Peaks celebrates it's 20th anniversary this year. Some guest suggestions: Kyle McLachlan Sheryl Lee Sherilyn Fenn Michael Ontkean Ray Wise Richard Beymer Catherine Coulson.
