Can you please ensure, that if you are in the need to email me with a query relating to the purchase of your tickets for this event, that you CLEARLY state in the email, or in the subject header the VENUE - Birmingham or London as this helps cut down my time in finding your order. Thanks! :poki:

 

Order numbers as well would be *really* helpful :WINCE:

Who do I need to contact about a problem with my account?

 

(in that I think I have inadvertently registered twice with different usernames/passwords and I can't remember one of them (and stupidly deleted the email!) and only one of my purchases (for a past event) is showing up now) I wanted to check something as the money hasn't been taken from my CC yet and I was worried...

 

Will Jola be able to sort that out for me when she's back, or is this someone else's jurisdiction?

Unfortunately we don't have access to your usernames/passwords or accounts on the online shop. So if you've forgotten your log in information etc there's nothing we can do.

 

I have processed all orders that were placed up to and including Sunday 23rd Aug, so if you've only just placed your order, then it may have only just been processed.
