Firstly she has been hounded over her breakup with Milo and a story magically appeared saying that she wanted Milo fired from Heroes source: http://www.hollyscoop.com/hayden-panettier...roes_19552.aspx And she was grabbed by a reporter that scared her and she reacted by saying "Don't ever touch me" and feeling annoyed at the other reports and saying that they make her life miserable (which they do) source: http://www.hollyscoop.com/hayden-panettier...rter_19529.aspx She gave her side of the story in this article: http://www.hollyscoop.com/hayden-panettier...milo_19581.aspx The thing that gets me the most though is the comments being posted about her at the end of the above 3 articles. She is an amazing young actress and signer and should be treated better. Some of the people commenting on news sites really do believe everything they read. Meant singer lol She was going to release a single but don't know what happened to it, there hasn't been any further word on a release date. She released the single in the US and it flopped, so her album was put "on hold" with no release date.... safew to say it's probably never gonna hapen! Well the sourse is that the song failed to chart, it's sales were awful, and the planned album release (November 2008) was cancelled, and as of now, there is no release schedule for the album....
