Would be a great coup if she could be convinced. My top choices (in no particular order) would be: Sarah Michelle Gellar Harrison Ford Mark Hamill Richard Dean Anderson David Boreanaz then maybe people like Joss Wheadon Steven Spielberg George Lucas Not necessarily everyone's A-List but these seem to be pretty rare, especially for the UK. Stallone and Depp would be rather excellent too. I'm sure any of these would cost lots but would be very cool provided it isn't the usual cattle market the big guests tend to be. I was worried that with so many people interested in the usual "recent" shows (Buffy, Stargate etc) that someone of the calibre of Patrick McGoohan might be overlooked.
