Jacket and tie is a minimum requirement for our dinner guests. Black tie is optional though encouraged as it adds to the glamour. Ladies please wear an evening dress or similar smart outfit. For friday night drinks reception (Diamond pass holders only) Smart casual dress code jacket preffered. You are welcome to take photos at both receptions and during the dinner. During both receptions we are only allowed to serve complimentary red and white wine. All other drinks will need to be obtained from the hotel cash bar and will need to be paid for. The dinner menu is as follows Sliced seasonal Melon with fruit and mango coulis Pan fried chicken with pancetta baby onions savoury mash and seasonal vegetables Black cherry and kirsch mousse coffee tea and mints Vegetarian option available.
