Showmasters Admin showmasters Posted October 24, 2003 Showmasters Admin Share Posted October 24, 2003 Virtual queuing is a system employed at our shows which involves giving each person who is queuing to meet a guest, A NUMBER WHICH REPRESENTS THEIR POSITION IN THE QUEUE. When you receive this number, you are then free to leave the guest areas and do whatever you want until it is your turn to meet the guest. We will let you know when you can re-join the queue by means of notice boards and PA announcements that state what number the queue has reached. On re-joining the queue, there should be a wait of no longer than approximately 30 minutes before meeting the guest (although this is obviously a rough estimate, dependent on a number of factors.)
