Got there just after 9.00, quickly realised that Ernie Hudson did not have any photos from Oz so I managed to find one ( the only one ) at one of the stalls, when he saw it his assistant wanted to go and get some more as Ernie said it was a great photo. He was a really nice man he signed it to me with the inscription Stay out of Oz and under the signature wrote his character name, got my photo with him and 2 handshakes. Next was Robert Englund, I had a smallish photo from V showing him rescuing the worker who got frozen, he seemed really pleased to see the photo and told me the make up was pieces of grape and paraffin ( I think this is vaseline ) and that he had just received a new V book so possibly there might be something in the offing in the future for V fans, one of the stewards told me no posed photos but I asked anyway and he happily complied. Also got to meet Leonard Roberts from Heros, he seemed a little quiteish but happily let me have a photo with him and to round the morning off Warwick Davies signed a great Ewok photo and let me have a photo. All in all I could not fault any of the guests, I suspect it helps getting there first thing before people get tired or hungry or just a little fed up with the same questions and comments etc. As always I managed to spend plenty of money both on autographs, petrol and some collectibles from the vendors, I reckon the morning cost me around £250 but I wouldn't change a thing, money comes and goes anyway but hopefully the memories and photos will last for many many years. A great show and I'm now counting down the time until Collectormania Milton Keynes.

Met Warwick (for the umpteenth time - always a pleasure), Bruce (spent FAR too much money - the Mrs ain't happy), popped along to say hello to Deano & Fraser Hines and chatted with Ernie Hudson for a while in the gents!!!!

Re-bought some LOTR half-moon box figures and finally picked up an 18" Robocop that I've had my eye on forever for a £10.00.

Got some stuff for my Bro who couldn't make it and will no doubt be doing more spending at Manchester next week.
