Ok so this morning I have received a fine through for entering the congestion zone over the weekend. I was staying at the travel inn on Knaersborough place, paralel to EC road and Warick road, after turning down EC road by mistake I cut across Hogarth road, and now I have a fine, yey last year I didn't. Anyone else been caught?

I'm confused, congestion charging doesnt happen on weekends. Are you sure you didnt drive through on Friday or Monday morning?

From the CCLondon website:

* The Congestion Charging Operating Hours are 7:00AM - 6:00PM

* Charging Days are Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Its a £50 fine, I checked last year to see if it was within the area and it wasn't now it is.

The Earls Court area is now part of the Western Extension to the CC Zone which came into effect in February this year, with Earls Court Road itself being the boundary road.

Sorry to hear you got fined...better pay the PCN quick before it goes up!
