Book 7... NO SPIOLERS!

I was 15th in the queue at midnight at Borders, Charing Cross Road, and it was incredibly stressful. I'd heard about people who were planning to read out the last page with a megaphone to the queue. About five mins to go, I got my earphones in and some loud music going, and once I'd paid I shoved the book into into another carrier bag, and literally RAN to the bus. Unfortunately, I had to run by stores with bigger queues, which backfired, as I managed to hear someone who didn't look like your typical fan, who had theirs at 12.05 and was shouting stuff out. It turns out that what they said wasn't true, but I had the sickening feeling all night that it had been spoiled. HBP was ruined for me by my workmate reading out the spoiler in the paper. I should've killed her.

 

It's terrible as once you're spoiled, there's no going back - this once in a lifetime experience is ruined. Horrible, horrible people.
