Oh, but before that, I think we need to find a decent chippie in Manc somewhere, lol! 2 of us will be there on the Friday night, but not got any plans for that yet. Venue ideas: Trialia, your friend may be the best bet on this one, if she lives in Manchester. I was thinking if all else fails a hotel bar (I'm sure we're all in hotels which are close to G-Mex?), but as you mentioned earlier, what about those folk who cannot drink? Are there places which do tea, etc? Wouldn't want you to feel left out of the fun. I'd suggest a place where the music level is such that you can actually have a conversation without shouting, lol! (CM10 companions, you know what I mean ). A nice pub or something. Unless there are coffee house-type venues in Manchester for artistic-minded folk and the like? Where would you all like to go/meet for drinks (if this actually happens)? Of course, if it all falls apart, we'll be back at the hotel with a stack of Simpsons DVD's! Trialia - if your friend wants to throw a few bar ideas in, where she knows noise won't be an issue (bearing in mind it's sat night!). My brother in law and I know there's a bunch of places near by, but we have no idea on what they are like 'on the night' so to speak! I'm speaking to him tonight though, so will post with some ideas tmrw, :) Oh yes, i was going to add that with a copuple of exceptions, i have no frackin clue what any of you all look like, but i'm the big dude who's pic was recently added to the "Introduce yourself" thread in the General Chat forum, so yeah!
