So it is always safer to start with low expectations instead of hoping to "make new best friends for life" with the guests. ** maybe also mention something about money (bring along 5 GBP notes, sth. about cash dispensers, etc.) keep up the good work ! And I know that most guests are easy going and will give you a great experience, but, as a general rule, it is always better to start with low expectations and be pleasantly surprised than to have all your hopes up and be disappointed !
