Diamond pass help

I got my partner a diamond pass for Mel Gibson, at the time I was able to go but now I’m not able to make the Saturday so does the diamond pass need to be in his name as he’s getting it or does it not matter who’s name is on it as it’s a QR code?

I don't think I can go on Saturday for a Mel Gibson photoshoot for £175 plus Adult entry of £29; can I resell it by changing the name of the person? Thanks.

Tickets are non-transferable or refundable (according to the FAQ), but they normally don't check the names for photoshoot or entry tickets, so...

Diamond passes I'm honestly not sure of.

From my experiences, I had to show a proof of ID when collecting Diamond Passes on the day before the event, but didn’t have to during the days of the event (although that was in 2018, so things may have changed since).

I dont think there resellable if i remember correctly.

Have you tried queering it with one of the office team members. Send them an email, sooner the better because there all out of office by next thursday due to Lfcc.
