I agree. Other than the big four, I didn’t notice anyone else required VQ tickets and I think that speaks volumes.

Well that was a chaotic day certainly. Glad I had 2 cancellations as I spent much of the morning queuing. Fortunately I was able to get auto and photo with Ncuti. Many weren't as lucky.

I got one for Alexander Devrient, but that was because he was going to a photoshoot, but they needed have bothered he had a healthy queue when i was leaving but nothing that needed a virtual ticket for

They put the quietest staff member on his auto queue, which didnt help either as his voice didnt carry beyond the first couple of rows.

But I'm glad I had a low Diamond pass thats for sure.

Of the 'big 4' guests today I only met Michael Sheen.  Had already met the lovely Natalie Dormer in 2017 and although I have met all the Doctor Who's from Tom Baker to Peter Capaldi, decided against an Ncuti Diamond Pass as I'm not really a mega Dr Who fan oddly enough!  Did enjoy Sex Education though - maybe another time.  Clearly he was going to be massively popular and I hope all those who had Diamond Passes got to meet him - clearly those who took a chance going without a DP had no chance today.

I agree with an earlier comment that implied these big guests were not positioned in a sensible place, but I think this event is now clearly hamstrung by the ongoing renovations at this venue, which look like outlasting all of us, let alone Showmasters.

Hence why this is the first LFCC since 2015 that I've chosen not to go to.

Yeah, I was unlucky myself. I pretty much got told as did a few others that he wasn't coming back (he was still in photoshoot b at this point). I wasn't supposed to be coming back Sunday but luckly I have it booked off.  From what I understand Im getting free entry so long as I have my diamond pass, so I will see how this goes today, since I was assured that all staff were being informed about that.

Not surprising since I think he was origionally Saturday only. Yes, I was lucky, but then again it was alot smaller queue. I think I may stick to Sunday's in future. I've gotten to that age where I'm kind of chilling out a little so Sunday works for me.

I usually try to stick to Sundays for that very reason, but Michael Sheen and May Calamawy were irresistible.

Same, I didnt go today, but I'm thinking in future, do I want the hassle and madness of the Saturdays, when I can have a more relaxed Sunday

Not at that early stage. The autograph queues for the four main guests were too big for the relatively small area that they were squeezed into, with Ncuti’s queue blocking access to some of the dealers area stalls. The photoshoot chaos started just before 12 with Ncuti’s and Michael’s queues merging and blocking access to one of the food sellers.

The auto queues weren't that bad when I when, so I must of got there at a god time. 

Oh, that's what happened. I ended up coming out of photo A to a wall of people. Got to Photo B to even more wall of people. I got confused because I wasn't sure what was the queue and what was people waiting to be called.
