DSTL Ticket Dispatch UPDATE Tickets will begin to be dispatched from Thursday 27th September. You can continue to add to your original order up until midnight on Wednesday 26th September, without incurring an additional booking fee. After this time you will still be able to purchase tickets online right up until the event, orders will be processed as new orders and will incur a booking fee, tickets will then be dispatched immediately. The process for buying tickets will not change - you will still require your original booking reference for entry tickets in order to access the additional tickets section. Additional tickets can not be used at the event without an entry ticket. Tickets ordered from outside of the UK will be available to collect from the event Box Office at London Excel from 9am on Friday 19th October. Please bring along your booking confirmation as proof of purchase. New info October 1: E-Mails going out and international orders Those e-mails that are being sent out are not being sent to everyone. They are emails that are sent when a person rings and requests to be sent one as a result of the conversation with See Tickets. The emails that are sent are automated. They are general to everything See Tickets runs - Glastonbury, concerts etc. They are not specific to Star Trek. This is confusing because See Tickets do not ever deal with overseas customers. The tracker for tickets on Star Trek is not accurate. The word 'dispatched' means 'printed'. For every other show that See Tickets runs this also means posted because they go straight into an envelope from the printer. The system is not set up to use a different word based on the county of the order. So dispatched simply means printed and put into an envelope. For UK orders they will be posted, for overseas they will be 'dispatched' at the event. So in short: ALL overseas orders WILL be picked up on the day. All people picking up tickets on the day (both overseas orders and UK customers that had tickets go missing) will need the following paperwork: 1) Their confirmation letter 2) Their credit/debit card OR a letter of authorisation from the card holder stating they are allowed to pick up the tickets bought by 'CARDHOLDER NAME.' This letter MUST be signed by the cardholder and See Tickets will need to retain this letter. I repeat: all other e-mails saying different are a result of the automatic e-mail system SeeTickets works with. The above is the procedure that has been confirmed with SeeTickets. You will get your tickets if you can provide those documentation. The card is not necessary as long as you can provide that letter. Please go to Box Office and present your documents. Tickets will be re-printed on site then.
