  5. You have to provide the names of all ticket holders in the comment section of the order form. However, you can email me this information on info@collectormania.com. Please provide the order number so I can match the records. Will do - sorry! I've had a stressed weekend....
  6. Preferably I will need that information at the time of ordering on the order form to avoid issues/queries later. I bought two tickets, for me & a friend. Both on my card with my address. After all, the site lets you order more than one. There was nothing in the checkout process asking for whose names the tickets should be in. Is that a problem? I can let you have her name if you need it. Just not on here, for obvious reasons... Tania
  7. I got my Gold, so I am happy! I never trust it til I get the confirmation email.... But I'm also puzzled! When I went back after I did my order, the site said they were out of stock. Now it says they are in stock. Which is nice of course, but, huh?

  11. I've been bumped too, and I'm very unhappy about it. I was going to dress up for parties, now I'm not bothering because of the weather and walking factor (for instance, the shoes I was goling to wear are just Chinese slippers - NOT ok for walking outside, but I don't have anything else that's comfortable!) And no doubt it will rain, so I'll have to carry a coat and a brolly around all day for when I need to walk over there & back. Not to mention everything else I'll have to carry because I can't just drop stuff off in my room easily. The convention hotel is far more convenient, which is why I always book that, even if it costs more. Now I have to pay the same, without the convenience! Sod being reasonable about how unreliable builders are, and being too British to cause a fuss - this is appalling customer service. But it's not the hotel's fault. Their company has imposed this on them and left the staff to deal with it. So I sent a complaint email to the company itself - info@rezidor.com - and let them know what I think of their customer service. They haven't replied yet, but if they do I'll let you know what they say.
