A very rude gentleman arguing with a red shirt on Sunday right in from of Sarah Douglas - She is very much fan favourite but with his increasing voice level, it was very hard to speak to her. Peter Capaldi queue - it was getting increasingly hard to get his auto even with a diamond pass. I cant believe how hot it was there all weekend especially Sunday. Also, I agree with us losing so much that the Gold Pass used to offer - such a shame considering the price - also have to say how rude some of the attendees were - at the end of the day there is no point in cursing or tutting when someone with a diamond / gold is placed in front of you - we have paid extra for the privilege.

We didn't even get in early because we were queuing so long to collect the passes. For me it was quicker last year to have the band in the queue then go and collect diamonds. As ladyuna says "little things every year"

Agreed. I loved the autos. Didn't event get auto tickets or prop shoots tickets this morning or talk tickets.

I agree. Seemed to take agwa to come in. Not all diamond passes were there and had to go all the way round to collect them.

Consider me spooked as well - I know I was one of the very first few people to order a Sam Neill pass - do they go in ordering number of pick up number? If its the latter I am not happy.

What time will they start coming down the queue with Gold Passes tomorrow morning?

Just been refunded for this photoshoot - just Val to go now.

I really need those refunds for cancelled guests - at this rate I wont be able to eat or travel. Has anyone had emails re: Val or Mary refunds?

Part of this is an issue though. Guests can cancel. That's a way of like in the convention world as the stars well being and work takes priority. the issue for me is the speed of refunds. I know they take time but the quicker they happen, the more chance the money would still be spent at the event. Same with pre orders. I didn't use this service this time as cancelled guest refunds don't happen soon enough, in some cases a month after.
