Malcolm always checked the picture before you left and while I love the new way the photos are produced, no complaints there, things were picked up in 'post production' like when my David Tennant picture didn't come out right, while I didn't mind, Malcolm did and I had to go for a reshoot later in the day, without DT, and my real eyes are not in the finished photo (I didn't get the option to have my original photo back as there was marker sprawled all over it), if like today it had happens, it would have been picked up straight away and rectified (if not picked up by the photographer in the first instance but when you got the picture back).

Was he personalising at all? Thanks x

Okeedokee, I am more than annoyed at present, as most of you are aware I had problems with my entrance tickets, the order was placed on June 14th, the money was not taken until last Wednesday and promised that my tickets would arrive by this Wednesday, I am sorry to say, they STILL haven't arrived, despite the friend I am attending with and my mother buying Norman Reedus tickets last Tuesday and they both arrived yesterday!!. I am aware that I need to bring my confirmation with me on the day and I still have two more postal days left but if the tickets don't arrive until after the event, can I get a refund on my postage costs? £2.50 may not be a lot of money but quite frankly the wait I have had is ridiculous to say the least, why bother having a ticket sent to you if you are just going to have to take your confirmation with you? Why bother buying tickets to save time, when you still have the hassle anyway?! Thank you.

Go for it, your baby is at a age that despite the pushchair (and all the gubbings that go with a baby!) it shouldn't really impact your day too much, it's not like you are taking baby to a festival or a concert, When your baby reaches toddling stages, that is when it becomes harder, they want to get out the pushchair and will be more aware and prob all make a fuss, at six weeks old you do not have that yet, so make the most of it while you can!! However, I have a not diagnosis but possibly autistic son that stays with nanny and grandad con weekends, purely because he couldn't cope with the lights, crowds etc, so he stays at home. Your be fine and you deserve a little treat after all that hard work!!

Totally agree about some seating around the venue, mind you the only time we really sat was when we were waiting for photos to come back, so "hopefully" we won't have to this year!!! Hurrah!!

Mine should be here by Wednesday!! I'm not worried though, I'm just happy my money's been taken!!

I'm pleased to say, Gemma returned my email today (after sending another one today), my order has been paid for and will be here by next Wednesday, so pleased!! Thank you for all your help x

My already knots in my belly from the anticipation of a crap day at work has been taken over by excitement, thank you, my count down is well and truly on and hope my mummy pulls though with an early birthday present!! It's only five days earlier!!! She was already in hospital by the 34 years ago!!!

I just find it irritating now that it has been well over a week since the order took place and the money is still sitting in my bank, I'm the kind of person that either A) and unexpected payment will come out or will just end up saying "the money's there, lets spend it" it's ridiculous that with an event so close and what is probably hundreds of orders coming in that there isn't an army taking money and sending tickets out, I'm not worried when the tickets arrive, I just want the money taken, it's burning a hole in my pocket!!

Mara has just tried to take money for tickets, it says there was something wrong with my card (money in there, just checked!) I placed the two orders about twelve hours apart, so I couldn't put wrong details in twice, I have emailed her back to ask to try again my question is this though: Why in 2013 are we still using what seems to be an outdated shop? Why do we have to wait almost a week later for payments to go through, I could place as many orders as I wish on my 'card' and then the money tired for a week later, with the likes of paypal that is instant it all seems very outdated. I would have known instantly if my payment was rejected. Thanks
