Thank you for the response Mark :) Ive managed to sort my problem out now with the hotel, but had to keep phoning and being a bit of a pain. I spoke to a manager there who seemed very shocked at how the some of the staffs attudes were to us. I told him that I had a fab weekend and the staff were great, until the Monday morning when I left and I heard some horrible things from the staff. On the bright side I hope everyone has had a bit more success now with hotel bookings (fingers crossed). Cant wait until October now Thanks again. Sarah.

Hi there I hoped ME would be able to help me and some of the other convention customers. Ive had so much difficulty with the hotel today to try and book the room i want for ET8. This morning I was still at the hotel and tryed to book an exec room with the hotel code they said it was fine and it went through etc, but then I head a lady behind the desk say to the lady serving me to not sell anymore? Then when I go home I phoned them to double check my reservation had gone through because I hadnt recieved an email to be told that I had a completley different room and that it would be £259 a night if I wanted an exec room wheras the other lady said it would be around £136-£140 as usual per night originally. I phoned reservations they said they didnt have anymore exec rooms to sell, when they did because other people managed to purhcase them.....Basically I spent over 3hours now on the phone trying to get the room I want at the right rate, have got there now eventually but still waiting for a manager to get back to me because I have complained. I just feel as if the hotel were unhelpful today even though all weekend i couldnt faulter them. They are charging people all sorts of different prices for the same room and its really unfair. It seems as if they dont want us to have these rooms for some reason and the staff are being very difficult on the phone. Wondered whether you could help please? Sarah.Taylor

Totally agree with the comments above!!! Thank you for another wonderfull weekend and despite the cancellations the guests were great anyway. I really enjoyed meeting Noel think he was wonderful and Boo Boo and Myanna. So sad that its going to be the last one in October but Id like to thank you and the crew for all your hard work and bringing us some fantastic guests, parties and friends :) Again thank you Massive Events, ive been there from the begining and will be there at the end 2 :) Sarah.Taylor

I love the show and enjoyed every season....shame it was axed Couldnt believe the ending to Season 4 i was in tears lol but it seemed the right way to go, Love Wentworth Miller to bits and think he played a fantastic part in the series xxx.

I have recently been watching Dexter, and i must say it is the best TV series I have ever watched. I would suggest watching this series to anyone it is fantastic, the twists and plots are mind blowing. The actor Michael C Hall does a fantastic job at portraying his character "Dexter" and I am a big fan of hes work. I would like to meet any of the cast from Dexter because it is just the best TV series. Please Massive Events hold an even for us Dexter fans thank you :)

Thinking about it now, maybe seperate rooms wouldnt be so fair for parties as i didnt like it when i went as a standard ticket holder before myself. Just cant think of a suggestion to help us "shy" people be able to mingle and speak to the guests to, instead of being pushed out the way and onto the floor.

Big thank you to massive events for doing these events for us, and keeping it going for aslong as we can :) Also big thanks to the crew, staff, organisers and many more for keeping the weekend running as im sure it was hard with so many of us. Really enjoyed myself and cant believe it was over so fast :'( ...not sure if ill be attending et5 due to money problems but opefully will be definatley there for et6!! Thank you so much for these events they really are appreciated xxxxx

Boo Boo really made my weekend for me being as i had some bad experiences on the themed party nights. He was such a lovely person and a gentleman for hes age, he made everyone feel special and really appreciated fans gifts and contributions to the franchise. Gill was fab and he really appreciated the fans and looked different in person....but Good! Leah was the most loving and caring guest, she gave everyone a hug during photoshoots/signings and answered questions brillantly. Such a lovely person and soo caring. Charlie....well hes got so much energy and makes me crease and ov course hes from england and gorgeous what more can i say. He speaks hes own mind which i love "!!! Julia was lovely 2 and had some brillant answers to the questions in talks. Bronson was lovely jus didnt really get chance to speak to him, but he did make me laugh alot. Chaske's laff was the best and he was very playful which i love. Can i just say i thought they were all better looking in person too

I had a great weekend and the guests, crew and organisers did a fab job! The one thing that really made me upset was at the themed party nights. I left the guests to it because i could see quite a lot of people were around them. Then finally when it was relatively quiet i eventually plucked up the courage to speak to a guest, to be pushed out the way and onto the floor by a group of fans. I went gold this time due to last time being standard and the rooms were serpate for the types of ticket holders. I think maybe bringing this back because, i didnt really have any chance to have a chat to any of the guests execpt for when i bidded for an encounter/wine reception. I just found this kinda ruined the fri/sat party for me and knocked my confidence quiet alot. Also the wine reception was a fantastic idea and went well, would just like to suggest maybe sitting around a table each like guest encounters. Because i was stood in a rather large group and couldnt hear the guest and was kind of pushed out the circle so didnt have chance to ask any questions. Apart from those 2 suggestions i really enjoyed the weekend and the guests were fantastic! I know we had some bad luck with loosing guests, but massive events really made it up brining gill birmingham and charlie :) Would just like to add Boo Boo was a great guest and really easy to talk to and a gentleman for hes age ....
