That's very unlikely, as refunds are not normally processed at the show. Plus Showmasters have already stated in the first post of this topic I saw the showmasters message but they said the same thing about ALEX WINTER and said I would have to wait until after the show, however I explained to them as they are operating a business and therefore bound by trading standard laws and trading standards state that a online refund should exceed no longer 14 days as I am aware some fans have had to. Reason I asked was because I wanted a exchange and a refund according to a moderator stated they refund just as quickly as extracting the money hence at the show refunds. You stated "That's very unlikely, as refunds are not normally processed at the show." so its not normal to get a refund but possible like my Alex Winter situation. If they have credit card facilities at the show to take money they can refund surely as they are a business. The letter states "If for any reason we have to cancel the photo session due to guest cancellation a full refund will be offered" and states no time scale. Basically I am a customer service manager therefore no a little abit about these things, and like I said they already refunded the same day I made my point already set the precedent therefore my refund should be just as quick. I also got quoted by a moderator "Refunds go back just as quickly as money is taken as we have no intention of keeping your money". So that would be 48 hours or under. Basically I've asked these questions for clarity so I know where I stand with your company. I can't help you, but I know the payments are taken manually, so it's likely the refunds will have to be done manually, and the office is probably very busy, and will be until the event is over, so you may not get the money back until after the event. I know I had a guest cancel on the day at LFCC, and my money wasn't refunded until about a week after the event. Anyway, very disappointed that she had to cancel! But at least it saves me a little bit of money! Can't wait to catch her next time :)

Yes warning to those using the machines at the event, I ended up queuing for an HOUR to get money out on the Saturday of LFCC.

Same. Our coach doesn't leave until 11:45, so is there any plans for Whovians who haven't got hotels to be able to watch the finale? Or should we just find wifi and watch it on iPlayer? I'm with you! I'm planning on heading home afterwards but would prefer to find somewhere to watch it with fellow fans instead of going home and watching it on my own! Anyone want to take me in for an hour?

I'm having a blonde moment, and I know I probably asked something similar to this for the Karen shoot last time, but I'm going to be annoying and ask again xD I have number 234 for David. Do I have to go to the first session, or can I go to the second? I'd love to see Evanna's talk, but if I can't go to the second session, no problems, I'll be seeing her talk on Saturday anyway. Apart from that, everything works out well for me! Even see where I can fit in a shoot bought on the day!

Aww no photo session Might have to see if I can catch her during autographs for a quick picture if she's not too busy, she's adorable

Hey, Quick question. If I'm attending both days, will I be able to buy a photoshoot for the Sunday at the desk on the Saturday? No, this isn't for David Tennant, it's for Caitlin Blackwood, been trying to decide whether I wanted a photo with her or not and finally decided I can stretch for it , but don't want to have to order online to pay the postage just for one ticket, and I'd rather the shoot be on the Sunday in case I have a clash on the Saturday when all my other shoots are booked for.

I did the same! Bought my early bird for Saturday, and photoshoots for tickets... then just went and bought DT and a ticket for Sunday.

As others have said, I think with the high prices of the guests (I hear for example Jane Lynch charges astronomical prices for appearances, I can imagine a few others do the same) paired with the competition elsewhere, I don't think it'll happen. That said though, I love Showmasters cons above others, so would love it to be considered!

Very sad Primeval hasn't had more votes. I'm so desperate to meet as many of the cast as I possibly can, and there's just no opportunities when it comes to any of them

There's a difference between having to use your imagination, and something not looking recognisable to any location in the film. Honestly, that could've been from any magical/medieval film

Any chance we could get a list of the people who were selling things? I got a card from one of them, but would be interested in buying from the lady who was selling fairies again for example, as I just didn't have enough money on the day and didn't want to queue for another hour for the cash machine! There were also some other tables I was interested in buying from, but didn't want to make any impulse purchase, such as the table that were selling Dakota Blue Richard's autograph.

As I said in another thread, completely let down, not recognisable at all, and a total anticlimax considering it was one of the things i was excited about
