I thought there were too many people there as well - guests and attendees, and some people behaving very badly(not guests!). And "blue shirts" didn't have relevant info for guests they were near. Also, I was told incorrectly how to get to the exit by 3 "blue shirts" and ended up having a security officer escort me to the exit as I had spent 25 minutes trying to get out! Only ended up getting 1 of 3 auto's I wanted as stood in an open queue at 9.10 am as was told guest would be here shortly - but actually arrived at 10.15 am. By this time the other two guests I wanted to see were in high hundreds and no chance to see them. Have to say the lady "red shirt" I spoke to at Richard Dean Anderson's queue was superb and gave me all the answers I needed, she was a star. Will have to think really hard about attending again, but I doubt it. Who would have thought SM could get too big?!!

Apologies for this simple question but I can't see the info elsewhere! I have a standard day entry ticket for Saturday that I have printed off - no passes, photoshoots, talks etc I just want VQ's - do I need to bring ID to get in? Thanks

I am gutted as well, but wish him all the best. Maybe next time SM can invite him to an event at a different time of year, as he also had to cancel this time last year?

Thanks Lady Raylenth much appreciated- but the Diamond Pass is way out of my budget. I'll have to decide if it's worth going at all nearer the time.

Can anyone advise me? I'd love to be able to meet Richard, but I've not had the chance until this event. I see that lots of people have met him before, do you have any tips? I don't want to spend the whole day there in a queue and not meet him, as has happened to me in the past with a different organiser.

Hi, Just got home from this morning, all I can say is WOW, Sean Pertwee is just awesome. He is such a lovely person , I have wanted to meet him for years (since he was in "Cadfael") and he more than lived up to my expectations. What a wonderful man as well as a fantastic actor. I would advise everone to meet him if they can. I just can't praise him enough. Please, please, please can SM try to get him to attend more events?
