  1. The Babadook was a huge disappointment at Frightfest. Especially as Total Film kept pushing it as 'terrifying'. I spent the entire movie waiting for one terrifying moment, that didn't happen. Life after Beth was good fun, as was Dead Snow 2: Red vs Dead. Truth or Dare was very low quality film making, but sick fun in its own right. Probably my favourite film of the festival was Starry Eyes.
  2. Burt Reynolds, Adam West off the top of my head.
  3. Seeing as it's the 75th anniversary of Bat-Man this year, plus the DVD/Blu Ray of the 60's series is getting a long awaited release, how about bringing Adam West back, along with Burt Ward, and any other surviving cast from the tv show?
  4. Like Jon - far too many to list, and on different items such as posters, photos, books, comics, action figures etc. So I'll list a few that are special to me. Top of my list - personalised Christopher Reeve as Superman 10 x 8 in person Stallone in person on Rambo & Rocky images, & DVD cover. Schwarzenegger in person on Predator 8 x 10. Got Dirty Rotten Scoundrels photo signed in person by both Steve Martin and Michael Caine. A Star Wars original trilogy poster with currently 91 signatures on it, including Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill & Frank Oz all in person An Indy trilogy poster with 27 signatures on it, including Harrison Ford, Dan Ackroyd and Kathleen Kennedy in person. I've got the first action figure of Anakin that Hayden Christensen ever signed in person. Johnny Depp signed Captain Jack Sparrow figure in person. Tom Cruise on Top Gun poster, Jack Reacher 10 x 8, Mission: Impossible 10 x 8, Minority Report 10 x 8, Knight & Day 10 x 8 - with Cameron Diaz, all in person. A personalised 8 x 10 from both Ben Chapman and Ricou Browning who played the classic Creature from the Black Lagoon. A personalised Janet Leigh Psycho image. There are many more, and no time to list them.
  5. Anthony doesn't do paid photoshoots anymore. He doesn't agree with them. When he was at the official Star Wars events that I've been to over the last couple of years, he takes time out to leave his autograph queue, lines everyone up in a fair open space, and allows you to have photos taken with him for free. This is at his discretion and at no set time, so getting Kenny involved too could be problematic, as Anthony instigates this of his own free will.
  6. Nick Castle signed. Nancy Stephens Tyler Mane as Michael Myers (own image) RZ Halloween poster.
  7. Here's my work in progress Halloween poster. The guy I sent it to in the U.S. creased it. So it needs linen backing.
  8. Halloween would get my vote.

I misread that and thought you had written the Pete Waterman (Stock/Aitken/Waterman) collection then. That would truly be horrific lol!
  10. You too man. Yeah, kinda busy at the moment. Unfortunately not with horror. Working to rectify that.
  11. Halloween: Resurrection is kinda, so bad it's good. Whereas Halloween 5 is just bad!
  12. Just trying to breathe some life into the rotting corpse that is the horror section! So, lets get a discussion going. What are your favourite and least favourite sub genres within horror, and why? As many know, Halloween is my all time favourite movie, so I love the stalk and slash films, but what Halloween has over the others is a element of the supernatural, another of my favourite sub genres, as reflected in one of my other favourite movies of all time, The Haunting (1963). I also love the classic Universal Monster movies, they are so iconic and their use of gothic buildings, fantastic monsters, and German expressionistic lighting is fantastic. This is why I'm not a big fan of the Hammer films, which I felt over did things with the blood and T&A. (Not saying I dislike all Hammer, I loved Twins of Evil, Hands of the Ripper and their more original output, just not a fan of their interpretations of the Universal monsters). Sub genres that I don't really care for: Silly/ridiculous horror like Killer Klowns, that kind of thing. I don't see this as horror at all. Torture films, glad they died out quickly, and, Paranormal Activity aside, I'm growing tired of the weaker end of the found footage films.
  13. Another great announcement. My buddy Corey's coming to the show! Looking forward to catching up,
  14. Can't honestly say I've ever has the desire to listen to horror music outside of the film in which it featured. Well, maybe with one possible exception - The Gonk by Goblin, which I tend to pay loud on my iPhone when I am amongst a group of slow moving people who lack direction and spacial awareness in town centres or conventions!
  15. Cerina is lovely. I met her when she was promoting Cabin Fever many years ago now,
  16. Cool pics J. I could fill a page with pics of me and Emily Booth lol! We're old pals now.
  17. I decided never to do the individual film posters, but instead chose an image to represent the OT and then the PT, and will probably do the same with the new Sequel Trilogy. I did the same with the first three Indiana Jones films. I haven't started getting a Crystal Skull one done though. Only first three films for me! *edited for typo*
  18. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom turns 30 this year. Time to try to entice Kate Capshaw to attend? Or just have an all round Indy gathering and get Alison Doody (LC), Alfred Molina (ROTLA), Alexei Sayle (LC), Wolf Kahler (ROTLA), and more to attend? (Yes I have a poster I want to complete, what of it?).
  19. Richard Dreyfuss has just completed a U.S. event signing. Is there any chance of asking him again? I know he has cancelled a coupe of times, but it would still be great to meet him.
