I totall agree - They are brilliant I read them all over a couple of weeks - If you're a fan you will really enjoy them, though i will admit i find myself reading them in a Louisiana accent in my head! It's interesting to see the differences between the Tv series and the books.

Thanks for the list - I too now have decided to come on both days instead of just the saturday. (My poor bank balance wont know what's hit it!) Heya, I had the same thing with my optician a few years back, I wanted Black contacts for a Manson gig I was going to. I did manage to get some coloured contacts From Camden Town, (although in hind sight it was a bit of a dodgy place!) I sterilised them in contact solution over night like I would my normal lenses and popped them in. Had no problems with them, didnt ruin my eyes or cause any medical problems. There are lots of websites that sell colours/patterned lenses so i'd just google. But I do advise that you sterilise them before you wear them and that you dont wear them for more then a few hours at a time. Hope that Helps

I managaed to negotiate the Cut out from the last Star Trek film from my local cinema. I had to collect it in the morning so took it into work with me and propped it behind my Desk. Got funny looks all day long, not ads many as i had walking home with it, but it was worth it. Now its framed and hung pride of place in my hallway for all to see.

Last Nights Dr Who was Fantastic! I was worried that It would go either way and could end up being a complete hash at the end of the series, But no it was cleverly written and brilliantly executed and just left me wanting more! I cannot wait til Christmas!!!! I think Matt Smith has definately proved himself as the Doctor. Certainly better then Tennent in my eyes.

Thanks - Im really looking forward to it. Coming to see everything I can really but especially excited about meeting Jonathan Frakes!! I know it sounds silly but I honestly had no idea that there were so many conventions held in the UK. I only stumbled upon here by accident and am very glad that I did. Have now ordered my Tickets and Autograph and Photo sessions I want, so thats one less thing to worry about. ( How do you know which guests are doing talks? Will that be announced or will there be a programme of events etc? I can see this is going to be an expensive day out.
