So...help please, Showmasters? (My question was, are gold tickets numbered by seat or at least row, or are a few rows just saved and then gold ticket people queue up for those on the days of the con?) Thanks!

Can someone please tell me if Gold tickets are numbered (as in you are assigned an actual seat or row)? Or is it that the first few rows are saved and then Gold ticket holders will just queue up for those? Thanks!

I have a question about photo pick up as well. Does anyone have a rough idea of when the Sunday photos will be available? I need to book a train to go back home, and I don't want to get one too early if photos will be available to pick up by the end of the event. I know they can be mailed to me, but I'd rather wait around several hours and get them in person. On the other hand, if they most likely won't be ready until very late that evening, I'd prefer to leave on an early train right after the photo op. Any advice?

Hi Jola! Can you please tell me what the last day is to buy photo ops and entry tickets online? (Even a rough guess is fine.) Also, I seem to remember you giving people a heads up when photo op tickets were running low for Collectormania. Will you be able to do that again this time? Thanks for any information!

Is that actual policy, or is it merely a logical guess? Because I have exactly that kind of luck where it would get lost. I think I would have to claw my own skin off if I spent all that time and money for airfare, etc., just to get that stupid thing and then never end up with it. Yep, I'm an optimist. Either way, thank you so much for the response!!

I know that if you have to leave before your photo op is ready, it will be sent to you. But does anyone know what happens if the picture gets lost or damaged in the mail? Does the photographer keep the image for a bit so you can get another copy, or does he delete it as soon as it's printed out? Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Jurys Inn is closer than the Ramada, or which one is nicer? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
